I love introducing Indestructible books to my Book Babies caregivers！ Grown ups LOVE these for their babies because they are literally indestructible。 Mama and Baby！ is a wordless book， so I reminded parents that this book could be about anything their kids wanted it to be about！ We had a few toddlers in the room today， so we went through each page and talked about what each of the animals were。 We went over animal sounds as well。

He was interested in chewing and holding this。 He was also interested in the pictures themselves。 Unfortunately， this has zero words or story， which meant that I was just pointing out the different animals and naming them。

This book is purely a picture book with no words。 I love the colorful collage illustrations even more than "Plip-Plop Pond。" Each mama-baby pair conveys such tenderness that it makes me happy just to look at the pictures。 I am looking forward to giving this book as a gift to friends with a baby。 However， one side note: The exclamation point on the cover is completely unnecessary。 This book is purely a picture book with no words。 I love the colorful collage illustrations even more than "Plip-Plop Pond。" Each mama-baby pair conveys such tenderness that it makes me happy just to look at the pictures。 I am looking forward to giving this book as a gift to friends with a baby。 However， one side note: The exclamation point on the cover is completely unnecessary。 。。。more
